Terms and conditions and return policy
This document expresses the terms and conditions that govern your use as a visitor to this store and its services, and it is a binding agreement between you and the company once you agree to it, preserving your rights and defining our obligations towards you and your obligations towards us.

Order from the store and cancel it?
By submitting an order to purchase a product or service from our store, you are thus legally entering into a contract in which you have obligations and you have rights, which we describe as follows:

By providing this information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties to either process the validity of the payment card details (we will not store their data) or to direct the shipment to you via an intermediary freight company.
When can you cancel your order?
You can return any goods or services that you purchase from our store “only” according to these terms and conditions and our return policy, which we ask you to review to ensure your right as part of these terms and conditions.
• 25% of the total due amount will be charged for cancellations 90-60 days.
• 50% of the total due amount will be charged for cancellations 59-31 days
• 75% of the total due amount will be charged for cancellations 30- 15 days.
• 100% of the total stay will be charged for cancellations less than 14 days.
• Different cancellation policy may apply for peak travel periods and some departures. Always refer to booking confirmation form.
• In case of no show, will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of Force majeure case such as war, strike, riot, epidemic, sudden legal changes or any other reason beyond T/A well, no cancellation fees will be applied.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
